Food was terrible for the millionth time 5 times this year alone something is always in the food this time a big ribbon of metal never again go back to Japan

Excellent food with an even better price

Great price, exactly what you expect it to be. Cheap, good hibachi style chicken, rice and carrots (with either broccoli or mushrooms of course). Yum yum sauce is fire :)

Nara provides consistently excellent service and food. The drive through is efficient and the portion sizes are generous. Even our 3 year old likes it.

This used to be my very favorite place to eat. However, the last 3 times I've eaten there, the quality of the chicken has gone downhill. Hopefully this is a passing issue because I absolutely love this place!! The staff is always super friendly and it's always very clean.

Delicious food, nice portions for the price, and reasonable price for the drink also. I don't have to drink water, because I don't want to pay almost $3.00 for one glass of a beverage. I don't drink a lot and rarely refill my glass.

Some of the best food around. It's an older building but staff keep it clean. The rice is fantastic. Service is normally fast, considering the place is always packed. Drive thru is normally wrapped around the back of the building, but the staff do their best to get the orders out in a timely manner and keep the cars moving. Prices are reasonable, having increased much over the years. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly basic food - fried rice, a protein mixed with vegetables, and a second vegetable - done to excellence and served at rock bottom prices. There's not a lot Japanese about it short of the sauce selection, but if you want a good meal, this is the place to get it.

My teriyaki steak was barely even warm, and had cold teriyaki sauce poured on it. The rice was lukewarm, also. They had everything on the flattop for about 45 seconds before putting on the plates. The only good part was the tea.

Online they say open until 9. Well it's 8:39 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and guess what... Closed. Guess they don't even know how to tell time so I wouldn't trust them on how to tell how to cook chicken 😂 😂

The food was great, and they got our order together really quick. The only critique I could give is that the interior of the restaurant could look better/ be in better shape.

The little girl taking orders at the window was very rude. Worst customer service I've ever had there. I'm very disappointed.
